Usually yes. For asbestos, Washington requires a survey by an AHERA-certified inspector before most renovation and demolition, and abatement is scoped from those results. We can arrange testing and surveys in-house, so you're working with one team from the first sample to the final clearance.

Our team includes AHERA-trained asbestos personnel, EPA-certified lead-based paint removal, NADCA certification for duct cleaning, and 40-hour HAZWOPER-trained technicians for contaminated sites.
