We Know How to Help

Water-loss happens quickly and unexpectedly. Whether it’s a leaky pipe or you experience a full-blown flood, we understand that immediate attention is necessary to find the source, remove standing water, and address subsequent damage immediately.

Our Approach to Water Mitigation

Water penetrates the structural cavities of buildings and creates trapped pockets of saturation. Our team uses infrared cameras and moisture-detector meters to discover the source of your moisture problems. Moisture will continue to cause damage and, if left unattended, the damage will cause foul odors at a minimum. If significant enough, it will cause materials to delaminate, shrink, split and result in further deterioration.

Trust Our Experience.

In addition to water extraction, we have the knowledge and equipment to return your building’s structural integrity back to pre-loss conditions. If you are an insurance adjuster, we speak Xactimate and would be more than honored to help you help your clients. If water damage has been present for a significant amount of time, mold will begin to appear. Our technicians have the additional training and experience to identify moisture sources, evaluate mold growth (visible or suspected), contain the damage, remove contamination, and dry materials to ensure that mold will not return. With Northwest Abatement’s timely response and careful monitoring, mold and other health issues can be prevented.

Emergency Services.

We understand that disasters aren’t planned and don’t always happen during our typical working hours. This is why we have highly-trained professionals on-call, 365 days a year, day and night. We can handle any size emergency when it comes to water mitigation and mold remediation. When it comes to disasters, we know that a timely response is everything; our team will arrive quickly and work diligently to return your property to pre-loss conditions.
